Got my son's windows tinted on his new car last month. I stressed to the owner-that I DO NOT want the windows too dark my son is 6'1, 235 & black...so I was VERY clear people need to be able to see into his car. And with the cloudy Seattle weather I know it can be tricky. The owner explained to me 25% is legal & he asked me what color my son's interior is-I told him black. Then I was shown a red Honda in the garage & he asked me if I liked the tint-I said yes it good. We acknowledged the car had medium Grey interior & I could still very easily see in the car even while it's parked in a garage. So whatever tint that was on the Honda is what I wanted. We finalized the deal and came back later that day to pick up the car & the windows were BLACKED out. I gave it a couple days for the tint to settle in...everyone in my family commented that the windows are too dark & are concerned. This didn't sit well with me. So I brought the car back to show the owner. I explained my issue & that in the past I was shown visuals of tint. Looking confused he said "didn't I take you into the office to show you samples?" I was like...uhhhh no. He then offers to not charge me for the removal, but charge me for new tint! I explained to him- I told you & showed you what I wanted & however that translates from one car to the next is not my area of expertise it's his & He didn't do his part by showing me the tint examples. He didn't even look at my sons car to see what that level tint would be like on a car with black interior. Why should I have to pay for his mistake. A complete waste of Money-please DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE unless you like throwing away money.

I got my new Tesla Model 3 PPF'd and tinted here. They also installed some accessories like mud flaps and a spoiler. The overall experience was exceptional and this is the best quote I've received in the city. All the reviews saying Odi wasn't responsive, please note that he's the owner of the business and is also working on your car. The quality of work and care he takes shows in the final output. Its always good to have the owner work on or be around your detail and upgrades. He also gave me a honest opinion in selecting the right product and level of protection for my car and not by what makes him the most money.

I had called to follow up with details on their Complete Auto Detail Package that they had messaged me about. The employee that answered told me he was not by a computer and was "working", and would need me to reexplain all of the communications prior. He was generally annoyed that I called, begrudgingly answered basic questions like "what does the Complete Auto Detail Package cover?" He waffled on whether or not they offer services like an engine bay cleaning, by saying they don't because I would come back and claim it triggered an engine warning light. He was annoyed that I wanted the front seats removed to clean the carpet underneath, and would take 24hrs to remove seats and door trim.. He argued with me on whether hard water spots can be removed from glass with clay bars and compound. He then casually hung up on me when I was speaking to confirm the location for an in person consultation. Final Finish Auto Salon is a joke. Clearly they do not care about earning someone's business, and just wanted get off of the phone.
